wHO CAN BENEFIT FROM BEING rolfed?

Everyone!* People come to Rolfing for a wide variety of reasons. Many of the most common complaints such as back pain, repetitive strain injury, lack of mobility, headaches and general lack of energy are often the result of poor structural organisation and respond very well to Rolfing. Whilst some people come to Rolfing just because they “don’t feel right”

People receiving help with mental well being: Those who are in the process of resolving past trauma or are working to improve emotional or self-esteem issues have found Rolfing an effective way to provide support and meaning for their process.

Fit People: More and more sports people and athletes are using Rolfing to compliment and enhance their training regime and to speed recovery from injury or prevent injury happening in the first place.

*There are a few medical conditions which preclude Rolfing and you should check with your doctor if you are in doubt.

Rolfing can also:

Bring about a more positive self-image.
Ease muscular and joint pain.
Improve sports performance.
