I specialise in helping clients to attain better health through the Rolfing 10 Series through a combination of both manipulation techniques and movement re-education. I provide a bespoke and professional approach based upon my understanding that everyone’s story and symptoms are unique to them. Each session is designed to systematically work on specific areas of the body and aims to remove tension, strain and restrictions brought about in the through injury, illness or lifestyle.

I added ScarWork™ to my practice after experiencing this remarkably effective healing therapy on my own surgical scar. It was developed by Sharon Wheeler who was one of Ida Rolf’s original students and can be incorporated into a Rolfing session or carried out as a stand alone treatment.

I am very committed to my work and continue to attend several workshops each year in order to deepen my knowledge and develop new avenues of inquiry to enhance my practice.
