About Me

I was hooked by the concept of Rolfing Structural Integration when I attended a lecture as a newly qualified massage therapist. From then on my long term goal was to be a Certified Rolfer – what I heard that day made perfect sense to me.

After 10 years practising as a bodyworker along with continuous training and education, I felt equipped to embark on my training as a Rolfer – the highest echelon of bodywork as far as I am concerned.

My work as a Rolfer continuously surprises me with the stories that unfold with each and every person. It is a true privilege to be working with people through the ten series and it is an honour to witness people learning about themselves, their bodies and the fact that the body and mind are not the separate entities that many assume.

Many people who have come to me in the past for clinical work, for a quick fix for chronic pain issues have then tried Rolfing.
For some they find the ground for the first time, they can feel their feet, others become aware of themselves in space, they feel lighter, taller, heavier, they feel more comfortable in their own skin and feel transformed emotionally. By the end of their ten sessions the chronic pain issues have disappeared too.
