About
Trevor Paque is a certified Rolfer and an active member of the European Rolfing Association.
His journey into Rolfing began with personal health challenges which Rolfing helped him to overcome. Inspired by his own experience, Trevor decided to become a Rolfer to assist others in their health journeys. He graduated from the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in June of 2015.
Trevor prioritizes ongoing learning. He has specialized training in pulmonary (lung) rehabilitation, spinal biomechanics, and nerve mobilization.
Most clients come to Trevor for help with pain or posture. Trevor’s approach is to systematically bring the whole body into balance, harmonizing all of the tissue relationships in the body.
A native of California, Trevor is gradually acclimating to the colder, wetter climate of England. Outside of his practice, he enjoys outdoor adventures and spending time with his two sons.
